By operating on a world-class claims management platform, Seibels’ clients gain a multitude of efficiencies, including improved operations, increased customer service levels, and enhanced data and analytics. Clients are also able to bring new products and product enhancements to market quicker.

In 2017, Seibels completed ClaimCenter implementations and full conversions for its long term BPS clients, including Centauri Specialty Insurance Company, Gulfstream Property and Casualty Insurance Company, and St. Johns Insurance Company. In 2016 and 2017, Seibels completed ClaimCenter implementations for several of its third party administration (TPA) clients, two of which include Federated National Insurance Company and Homeowners of America.
