ICM Products confidently began its journey to be certified to assure customers that they are committed to continuously improve the quality and services that they offer. The existing ICM Products procedures already demonstrated the company’s desire to be customer centric. However, we wanted to prove our loyalty to quality and customer satisfaction by committing our time to this important certification.
