DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Capview Partners, LLC, a Dallas-based real estate investment and fund management firm, has expanded its team with the addition of Mark Manheimer as managing director and CIO, where he will lead investment and fund management.

Manheimer has 20 years of experience in asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, and structured sale leasebacks in the single tenant, net lease retail segment. He has led business units at leading real estate investment trusts, private equity, and asset management firms including Realty Income Corporation, Cole Capital Inc., Spirit Realty Capital, Inc., Wells Fargo Securities and Patriarch Partners.
Manheimer received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Florida and his Master of Business Administration, Finance from Notre Dame.
