EUGENE, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Three classic ice cream flavors are getting an organic “make under” from Alden’s Organic, the number one maker of organic ice cream in the U.S.* By eliminating the artificial ingredients found in many conventional brands, Alden’s Organic is introducing clean, organic versions of classic favorites: Birthday Cake, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Peanut Butter Fudge.

Ice cream lovers will dig into cleaner, more delicious versions of their favorites as a result of using organic ingredients – including milk and cream from cows not treated with the artificial growth hormone rBST or antibiotics – and leaving out artificial ingredients. The scoop on the three new flavors:
- Alden’s Organic Birthday Cake: Rich cake-flavored ice cream with ribbons of purple icing
- Alden’s Organic Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough: Creamy vanilla ice cream with bites of organic chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate chips
- Alden’s Organic Peanut Butter Fudge: Sweet and salty peanut butter ice cream with swirls of organic fudge and peanut butter
