The brokerage will operate as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty at the facility as it does in Moreno Valley. It remains Perrie Mundy Realty Group in Redlands.
The Riverside headquarters, occupying the ground floor and 6,000 square feet at 6349 Riverside Ave., will accommodate up to 60 agents and staff. Amenities include progressive layouts, contemporary appointments and full tech and training support. Work environments are bright, inviting and encourage collaboration throughout the real estate process.
