BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Exaltare Capital Partners, LLC (“Exaltare”) is pleased to announce the addition of Benjamin Kahn as a Managing Director. Ben joined from H.I.G. Growth Partners where he served as a Principal in the Boston office and had worked for nine years.

Mr. Kahn has over eighteen years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Exaltare, he served as a Principal at H.I.G. Growth Partners, the growth capital investment affiliate of H.I.G. Capital. Previously in his career he held positions at Glencoe Capital and Madison Dearborn Partners. He began his career in the investment banking division of Bear Stearns.
