Financial Conference Takes on Challenges in Customer Experience Design for Financial Services

BOSTON--()--With financial services companies constantly seeking new ways to engage people, customer experience design can play a key role in energizing consumers and motivating them to deepen relationships with their banks, investment firms, insurance providers, and others in the industry.

The new Financial Experience Design Conference will confront that challenge and more on November 7, 2017, in Boston, when experts and visionaries in the field of Experience Design gather for a targeted day-long meeting.
