ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aptos, Inc., a recognized market leader in retail technology solutions, today announced the appointment of Vicki Cantrell as the company’s inaugural retail transformation officer. Cantrell will serve on the company’s executive leadership team, reporting to Aptos CEO and culture leader Noel Goggin. In this role, Cantrell will oversee Aptos functions for business consulting and strategy, value engineering, and strategic account management.
Cantrell, a renowned retail strategist, community builder, global executive, and former chief operations officer and chief information officer, will leverage her storied retail background to advise and support Aptos customers as they reinvent their businesses for omni-channel growth, profitability and customer loyalty.

Prior to joining Aptos, Cantrell most recently served as NRF’s senior vice president, communities, and executive director, Shop.org. In that role, she was responsible for providing strategic direction and management of Shop.org, NRF’s digital retail division. Additionally, she provided oversight for the NRF communities, including the CIO Council, Digital Council, CMO Council, ARTS and Loss Prevention Council.
Previous to NRF, Cantrell served as COO of Tory Burch, where she focused on the development of process and infrastructure to achieve sustainable growth. Earlier in her career, Cantrell served as CIO of Giorgio Armani Corporation and held positions with Gucci Group, Party City and JCPenney.
