Sigstr Adds New Customers and Increases User Base by 470 Percent

Email signature marketing software announces partnerships with key industry players, 5x ARR growth

INDIANAPOLIS--()--Sigstr, a SaaS application for email signature marketing, is pleased to announce notable growth in 2016, such as the addition of new customers like the Indiana Pacers and Bounce Exchange, and the formation of key partners like HubSpot.

The SaaS company saw a 470 percent increase in users in 2016, and powered over 100 million signature impressions across its customer base. This growth drove a 550 percent increase in Annual Recurring Revenue for the company.

The partnerships with Sigstr have allowed these brands to drive marketing ROI and employee engagement through simple, centrally controlled employee email signatures. So far, they have used the Sigstr platform to promote campaigns like HubSpot’s INBOUND conference, Bounce Exchange’s referral-based recruitment efforts and corporate sponsorship partnerships for the Indiana Pacers.

The most recent campaign from the Indiana Pacers co-branded their clickable call-to-action banner with opening night game sponsor Kroger. The NBA team grabbed 53,000 views and 228 engagements from a hand-selected audience in the first six days through their employee email signatures. This exposure allowed the Pacers to provide tangible returns and KPIs around the corporate sponsorship, and helped to retain the partnership in the 2017-18 season.

“We’re thrilled to support the marketing efforts of these high caliber businesses like HubSpot, and the Indiana Pacers and Bounce Exchange,” said Dave Duke, VP of customer success at Sigstr. “We’ve already seen great success through campaigns like the Pacers’ partnership with Kroger. And we’re looking forward to seeing more of this success as these companies look to market their upcoming campaigns, both internally and externally.”

Along with the growth of its customer base, Sigstr added 17 new team members in 2016. In August, the startup expanded office space on Monument Circle, where they have called home since February 2016.

“Our team has grown rapidly this past year, which has led to a lot of great momentum for our whole company,” said Dan Hanrahan, founder and CEO of Sigstr. “We’ve brought some of the best and brightest in marketing tech to our team in 2016, and we’ll continue to drive that level of talent as we continue to grow.”
