The Bremner Tower, is a major mixed-use, sustainable LEED-certified development in Toronto’s emerging Southcore District. Here, ole joins Amazon, Apple, BCE, Cisco and other cutting-edge companies in the city’s newest skyscraper.

The move marks a major milestone for ole, which recently secured a $500 million (USD) credit facility and, has to date completed more than $550 million in IP acquisitions.
