WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GOT Interface, the defacto leader in human interface design technologies, today expanded its management team by hiring engineering industry veteran Daniel Skiba as president of the company and Jack Dong as General Manager of its Asian operations. Mr. Skiba comes to GOT Interface with more than 25 years of operations and engineering experience in electronic user interface design, system architecture and go-to-market strategies. Most recently, he was principal of Skiba Advisory Associates, responsible for technology-based product development, client engagement and delivery.
Mr. Dong brings more than 15 years of experience in new product development and engineering and has extensive experience in supplier development, purchasing and sales. Prior to joining GOT Interface, Mr. Dong was general manager at Dongguan Shangzhou Electronic Technology Co, where he was responsible for overseeing the production of many IoT products, including tablet PCs, smartphones and speakers.

In his new
role as President, Mr. Skiba will lead GOT Interface’s management team
as it continues to expand its workforce, IoT and human interface product
portfolio, customer base and geographic footprint. He will be based in
the company’s worldwide headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts and will
work closely with CEO Robert J. Galvin, Jr. to manage the company’s
growing global operations and customer base.
Mr. Skiba enjoyed a prosperous career in global product development, serving as Director of Engineering for Kronos, Inc. for more than 10 years. At Kronos, he led teams of engineers in the development of new products that cemented Kronos as a leader in workforce management solutions. Mr. Skiba resides with his family in Stoughton, Massachusetts and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Northeastern University.

business from Asia, GOT Interface also hired Jack Dong to run its Asian
operations as the company expands its PAC-Asian manufacturing footprint.
Mr. Dong will manage GOT Interface’s PAC-Asian supply chain operations,
bringing expertise and market knowledge. He has extensive experience in
developing overlays, and membrane switches while at Dongguan Pukersen
Plastic Products Co.
He earned a bachelor of economics degree from The Northwest University of Political Science and Law and resides in Dongguan City with his family.
