NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ALPFA, the Association of Latino Professionals for America, the largest membership-based organization serving Latino/a professionals, entrepreneurs and students announced today the establishment of its New York Senior Leadership Council (SLC). The SLC will provide strategic direction and mentorship to the New York Chapter and comprise some of the most senior Latino/s leaders of New York’s corporate, educational, government, social and cultural organizations.
The inaugural ALPFA New York SLC will consist of the following members:

- Jose Ramon Gonzalez, Chief Legal Officer, QBE North America

- Frank Sanchez, Vice Chancellor, City University of New York

ALPFA New York Chapter’s close to 8,000 members include professionals who volunteer on the ALPFA New York Operating Committee to plan and execute programming and activities that empower and develop Latino men and women as leaders of character for the nation, in every sector of the global economy.
