Dan will lead the division’s team of professionals to expand the Sergon brand from Australia into the US, and will focus on operations, service delivery, and building client relationships.

With extensive contracting experience, Sergon consultants advise attorneys, insurers and property owners regularly in all levels of property investigation, construction, and repair cost estimation. Under Connell’s direction, Sergon will assist professionals in the industry and other divisions of Cunningham Lindsey, including Major & Complex Loss (MCL) adjusters and EFI Global (EFI) licensed engineers, with residential and commercial losses requiring contracting and restoration expertise.

Dan has more than 20 years’ experience as a building contractor and building consultant specializing in residential and commercial losses requiring damage investigations, roof and HVAC assessments, appraisals, cost estimation and repairs. He leads a team with an average of 15 – 20 years of experience as contractors with knowledge of construction work and the cost associated with it.
