While an official launch date has not yet been revealed, the announcement that the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) has issued PokerStars a transactional waiver to conduct online gaming in New Jersey is welcome news to those who have been following PokerStars’ possible entry into the US market. In July 2013, Resorts announced an agreement to partner with PokerStars to provide online poker in the Garden State. Since the announcement, PokerStars has completed the licensing application process to offer online players in New Jersey a world-class poker experience.
