Balfour Beatty Communities Earns Top Scores for Customer Service across Navy Southeast Housing Portfolio

Resident reviews result in more than 30 CEL awards recognizing service excellence in privatized Navy housing

MALVERN, Pa.--()--Resident living in the Navy Southeast housing portfolio managed by Balfour Beatty Communities recently participated in a national customer satisfaction survey the results of which garnered the company a total of 32 Multifamily Real Estate Awards for Customer Service Excellence.

As part of the survey, residents within the Balfour Beatty Communities-managed Navy Southeast housing portfolio graded the company on everything from leasing and operations, to housing unit features, appearance and condition, as well as quality of maintenance, resolution response time, resident communications, and other important service criteria.

Balfour Beatty Communities earned 32 awards, including eight ‘Platinum’ awards for the highest level of resident satisfaction and 24 A-List Awards, across the Navy Southeast portfolio which includes Naval Air Station Jacksonville (FL), Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth (TX), Naval Air Station Key West (FL), Naval Air Station Meridian (MS), Naval Air Station Pensacola (FL), Naval Air Station Whiting Field (FL), Naval Construction Battalion Center Gulfport (MS), Naval Station Mayport (FL), Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay (GA), Naval Support Activity Panama City (FL), and Joint Base Charleston-Weapons (SC).

The National Multifamily Customer Service Award was created in 1997 by CEL & Associates, Inc. to recognize companies whose management performance and commitment to the highest level and quality of customer service are considered to be the best in the industry. CEL is the largest independent surveyor of customer opinions in the real estate industry and conducts more than 2,500,000 customer surveys annually to establish service and performance benchmarks used throughout the U.S.
