Over the course of his 40- year financial services career, he was a founding member of several industry trade groups including The Forum for Investor Advice which is now part of the Money Management Institute. He also served on many committees of the Investment Company Institute (ICI) and was elected to its Board of Governors in 2007. He is also a previous member of the NASD Investment Company Committee.
