The acquisition strengthens Antuit’s offerings to the retail/CPG market, enabling the company to help clients intelligently leverage data to more accurately forecast demand, measure effectiveness of promotions and better understand customer behavior at all stages of the products’ lifecycle.

The transaction, Antuit’s first since announcing a $56 million investment from Goldman Sachs in January, more than doubles the company’s Retail and Consumer Goods practices and adds brands like PepsiCo, Belk, A&P, Bridgestone Retail and others to its blue-chip client roster. Antuit also adds Prognos’ unique pool of talented data scientists, many of whom have advanced degrees and PhDs in math and science, to its already impressive team.
