CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Black Bison Water Services, LLC (“Black Bison”), a provider of services for the disposal of waste water from oil and gas producing wells, today announced that Richard C. Kreul, a midstream executive with over 34 years in the energy industry, has been named Chief Executive Officer. He will lead Black Bison’s team of water management experts in supporting the rapid growth of oil and gas production in the Rocky Mountain region.

Mr. Kreul brings more than three decades of experience in midstream operations to Black Bison. The Black Bison team also includes Matt Kruger, Managing Partner; Joe Solari, Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer; Justin Haigler, President; and James Schaffner, Vice President, Field Operations.
Mr. Kreul has a broad range of oil and gas midstream experience, including engineering, operations, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. For nearly a decade, Mr. Kreul served as Vice President of Energy Delivery at Aquila Inc. He later was a Vice President of Inergy, L.P., and managed the company’s West Coast midstream operation. In addition to the CEO role at Black Bison, Mr. Kreul will continue to serve as President of Mowood, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc., and to support CorEnergy’s manager Corridor InfraTrust Management, LLC, a real property asset manager focused on U.S. energy infrastructure. He earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
