As Tinseltown’s biggest night fast approaches on March 2, Chef Wayne and Diamond are looking forward to another star-studded evening of culinary delights. And for the second year in a row they will be collaborating with Chef Gordon Ramsey.

A party a year in the making, Chef Wayne works hand-in-hand with Diamond (his business partner of 25 years) to design a blockbuster menu served to perfection. This year will encompass a waiter-served, five-course, seated meal for 1,000 guests and an army of more than 150 servers, bartenders and kitchen staff.
For Chef Wayne, every meal he serves is equally important, remarking, “Our goal is to not only satisfy our clients, but also create an unforgettable night for everyone involved!”
