In this role, Amelia will lead the people strategy at Anaplan and will guide the talent acquisition and development required to fuel Anaplan’s explosive growth.

Prior to that, Amelia was a Human Resources Leader at SuccessFactors, where she was responsible for leading the HR team that supported the global Cloud go-to-market strategy. Other previous positions include senior HR roles at TE Connectivity, Electronic Arts, and Shell.
