Cherokee Brand Launches in Indonesia with Leading Lifestyle Retailer MAP

The Cherokee brand is now available at SOGO and SEIBU Department Stores

SHERMAN OAKS, Calif.--()--Cherokee Inc. (NASDAQ: CHKE), a global marketer of style-focused lifestyle brands, announced today the launch of the Cherokee brand at SOGO and SEIBU department stores, subsidiaries of parent company PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP), Indonesia’s leading lifestyle retailer.

Cherokee boys, girls, and baby are now available at SEIBU and SOGO locations in Indonesia with additional store rollouts planned for the coming year. The debut Cherokee collection, designed in California, includes a wide assortment of casual, everyday lifestyle apparel ranging from woven shorts, pants, and denim to sweatshirts, jackets, and dresses. The launch is being supported by a multi-faceted marketing campaign which includes custom in-store fixtures and imagery, along with newsletters, flyers, posters and social media efforts.

MAP operates over 1,400 retail outlets throughout 52 Indonesian cities.
