NERA Associate Director Tomas Haug and Special Consultant Dr. Michael Kraus, experts in NERA’s Global Energy, Environment, and Network Industries Practice, will oversee NERA’s Berlin office, focusing on providing regulatory guidance to the energy and utilities industries.
