The venture will capitalize on the strength of each organization, combining Kolter’s investment capital, track record of developing successful lifestyle communities and national reputation with Beach Properties of Florida’s full-service residential real estate operations that specializes in 30A properties.
The purpose of the strategic alliance is to expand the reach of NatureWalk, which represents the area’s best residential value on the Emerald Coast, and in turn, help expand Beach Properties’ sales portfolio of exclusive 30A residential projects.
