In this position, Ms. Weyl will be responsible for aligning and overseeing Steam’s hiring and training processes worldwide.
A proven leader in talent management, Ms. Weyl brings more than 30 years senior-level HR management experience to Stream Global Services. Based in the company’s Wellesley, Mass., office, Weyl will lead a global organization of recruiters and training professionals responsible for recruiting and training Stream’s service professionals across its 50 locations in 22 countries around the globe. Ms. Weyl comes to the company most recently from General Electric, where she spent several years in senior HR management positions across a wide array of GE businesses, including industrial, technology and financial services. Most recently, she served as senior managing director, HR, within GE Capital Americas. In this role, she successfully recruited and retained employees in a highly competitive market.
