Tamara Klein and David Winston will lead the group. Winston comes to Lucas Group from Winston & Green, where he was co-founder of one of the most successful executive search firms in the Midwest. Klein was VP of Attorney Recruiting at Schulman Professional Search, Ltd. and has practiced with such prestigious firms as Holland & Knight and McDermott Will & Emery.

The new legal recruiting group will focus on recruiting for law firms and corporations and will specialize in corporate counsel, associate and partner search. It is the eighth legal recruiting office for Lucas Group, which has 15 executive recruiting offices.

The two principals bring strong legal and legal recruiting credentials to Lucas Group. David Winston was one of the original legal recruiters in the U.S., starting Winston & Green in the early 80s. He has successfully recruited for most of the leading firms around Chicago and throughout the Midwest.
Tamara Klein has an impressive history as both a practicing attorney and a legal recruiter in the Chicago area. She began her legal career as an extern for Judge William D. Cudahy in the 7th District U.S. Court of Appeals and has gone on to work in commercial litigation, intellectual property, and litigation with firms such as McDermott Will & Emery and Holland & Knight.
