Commit!Forum 2011 Builds on Success of the CRO Summits

Culmination of a year-long campaign on how “Good Business Makes the Difference” featuring CR Magazine’s 100 Best Corporate Citizens

EDISON, N.J.--()--SharedXpertise, publisher of Corporate Responsibility (CR) Magazine and manager of the Corporate Responsibility Officers Association (CROA), today announced that the Commit!Forum 2011 will build upon and replace the former CRO Summits. A year-long campaign resulting from a partnership with the world’s largest stock market, NYSE Euronext, it will feature successful practices from CR Magazine’s 100 Best Corporate Citizens and culminate in the single largest gathering of leaders improving business and society at the NYSE and New York City’s Javits Center on September 26th and 27th. This year’s theme, “Good Business Makes the Difference,” reflects how companies are proving every day that good corporate citizenship and good business go hand in hand.

“The Commit!Forum approach goes far beyond just changing the name of the event; it drives tighter alignment between all of our activities throughout the year in a celebration of world-leading CR and stakeholder engagement practices,” said Richard Crespin, CROA Executive Director and SharedXpertise President.
