CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TMX Transform, a global supply chain consultancy, today announced its growing presence in the Americas. Reflecting strong momentum in the region, the company has achieved a 122% compound annual growth rate since launching in the Americas in fiscal year 2024, including a 92% year-over-year growth rate between FY25 and FY26.
The consultancy’s growth is fueled by increasing demand in the U.S. for integrated supply chain solutions across retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), postal and parcel, food and beverage and grocery sectors, helping companies optimize operations from strategy through execution.
Practitioner-Led Expertise Backed by Advanced Modeling Capabilities
Bringing together former supply chain leaders and industry practitioners who have firsthand experience delivering sophisticated networks, TMX Transform drives tangible improvements across the supply chain.
TMX Transform’s real-world perspective is paired with advanced simulation capabilities, enabling rigorous testing and the opportunity to validate and de-risk solutions before implementation. This combination allows clients to make confident investment decisions, both for commercial viability and operational execution.
“Our continued growth in the market reflects the increasing need for supply chain partners who deliver measurable results,” said Jeff Bornino, President of the Americas at TMX Transform. “We continue to invest in talented industry leaders to deliver high-impact projects like Hasbro’s new U.S. Distribution Center. As such, we are well-positioned to help companies transform their operations, drive efficiency and scale sustainably.”
Strategic Leadership Expansion
Building on its strong foundation of industry leading talent from the likes of Kroger, Nestle, Dematic, and Walmart, TMX Transform has further strengthened its Americas team with the appointment of two experienced industry leaders.
Chris Foreman joins as Director of Supply Chain, bringing more than 15 years of experience supporting retail and CPG organisations through periods of rapid growth, capacity constraints and network transformation. With deep expertise in multi-site distribution and facility design, Chris will play a key role in delivering operational improvements and measurable outcomes for clients.
“I’m thrilled to join TMX Transform at a moment when businesses are looking for actionable, results-driven supply chain solutions,” said Foreman. “My focus will be helping clients optimize their networks and operations, translating strategy into measurable outcomes.”
James O’Brien joins as Director of Project and Property Services, with over 15 years of experience in industrial architecture and capital project delivery. He specialises in designing scalable, high-performance facilities, including automated and temperature-controlled distribution centers while integrating human-centred design and data-driven decision-making to maximise efficiency and long-term value.
"TMX Transform’s integrated approach – combining operational strategy, facility design, and project execution – enables us to deliver tangible value across multiple industries," said O’Brien. "In my role, I’ll be leading the planning and execution of complex distribution and manufacturing facilities, helping clients turn operational challenges into scalable solutions.”
Supporting Hasbro’s East Coast Distribution Center
Among its recent high-profile engagements, TMX Transform partnered with Hasbro on their new Distribution Center in Midway, Ga. The 600,000-square-foot supports Hasbro’s omni-channel distribution capabilities and supply chain efficiency across North America.
Hasbro engaged TMX Transform to identify and implement a right-sized distribution center solution with the goal of optimizing storage utilization and consolidating multiple business segments into a single facility.
“Opening our new Midway distribution center marks an important step in strengthening our distribution network, improving operational efficiency, and better supporting retail partners and consumers across the country,” said Colin Regnier, Senior Vice President, Global Planning and Logistics at Hasbro. “We’re proud to partner with TMX Transform, whose expertise helped ensure the facility was ready for operations and supported a smooth transition with minimal disruption.”
“This project shows what’s possible when strategy, real estate, and operations are brought together under one program,” said Marcus Carmont, Chief Customer Officer at TMX Transform. “Working with Hasbro, we delivered a right-sized distribution center that strengthens their U.S. network. It’s a great example of how the right partnership can turn complex supply chain change into a fast, successful outcome.”
