An Irvine native, Carey brings 25 years of comprehensive real estate experience, spanning residential sales, operations, business development, and financing.
Before joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, Carey served as Director of Sales for Orange County at a leading local brokerage, overseeing a network of offices that collectively generated $532 million in sales volume in 2025. She credits her success to her deep knowledge of the local market, strong community connections, and a genuine passion for helping others elevate their real estate careers.
Known for her hands-on leadership, Carey has built a reputation for mentoring agents daily, guiding contract review, negotiating strategies, and marketing campaigns. Her approach combines real-world experience as a top-producing agent for 16 years with innovative training techniques, including interactive role-playing and targeted lead generation strategies.
