He is a Certified 340B Apexus Expert, has a Six Sigma Green Belt in Healthcare Operations and is certified in AI Prompting by USF.

Dr. Ferraro has shaped Ravin Consultants’ operational infrastructure and advanced its disciplined, data-driven approach to program management. He is widely respected by clients and colleagues and has been invited to speak at national forums including the 340B Coalition and Grantee Conferences, The Advisory Board roundtable, and multiple 340B webinars and podcasts.
