"This next phase of growth requires innovation and velocity,” said Maria Colacurcio, CEO of Syndio. “Global enterprises need to move beyond compliance reporting to pay governance built into every decision their organization makes, and Syndio is the platform delivering that. Syndio’s new leaders, each with proven track records of transforming innovative enterprise solutions into industry-defining brands, are here to ensure our customers stay ahead of that curve.”
For over a decade, Syndio has been trusted with the most sensitive compensation data inside the world's most complex organizations, building the pay equity category and becoming the analytical foundation boards and regulators rely on for defensible answers. That work revealed a deeper challenge: compensation is one of the largest and least governed cost centers in any enterprise. Every organization has a pay strategy, but that strategy passes through hundreds of managers making thousands of daily decisions without consistent guidance. That is where inequity and cost exposure take root. The Syndio platform governs those decisions at the moment they're made, ensuring every offer, promotion, and merit increase is compliant, optimized, and aligned with business strategy. Nearly 400 leading companies, including more than half the Fortune 100, partner with Syndio to govern compensation decisions for over 10 million employees across 100 countries.
“Pay decisions are among the most consequential decisions any organization makes, and Syndio has always built the team to match the magnitude of that challenge,” said Erik Darby, President of Syndio. “This leadership team brings the experience to scale the platform, accelerate our roadmap, and deepen the partnerships our customers count on to get pay right, at the speed they need to move right now.”
