CRH plc announces that today, 2nd April 2026, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 8,897 Ordinary Shares at prices of £25.55 and £31.04 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 35,634,977 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 668,386,707.
