Strategic acquisition adds leading Property & Casualty clearinghouse capabilities and payer-to-provider payment infrastructure to the Office Ally platform

Jopari's market-leading P&C electronic medical billing, clinical attachments, and electronic payment capabilities complement Office Ally's all-payer clearinghouse network, which is trusted by more than 80,000 healthcare organizations and facilitates more than one billion transactions annually between providers and payers.

This combination directly advances Office Ally's long-term strategy to modernize healthcare administrative and financial workflows through greater automation, interoperability, and straight-through electronic processing.
