The Q1 expansion underscores Preiss’ ability to drive value through an owner-operator lens. All six assignments are located in markets where Preiss maintains deep operational expertise, including four markets with an existing active management presence. This existing footprint enables Preiss to streamline operations and maximize leasing velocity across multiple assets in a single market.
“Our first-quarter momentum is a direct reflection of the trust owners have placed in our integrated platform,” said Adam Byrley, Chief Operating Officer at Preiss. “As an owner-operator, we approach third-party management with the same rigor and value-creation mindset we apply to our own owned portfolio. We’re excited to leverage our local market expertise to enhance these assets for our clients and deliver a best-in-class experience for our residents.”
Leveraging its owner-operator expertise, Preiss will implement strategic capital programs at several of the properties. These enhancements will modernize amenity spaces and unit interiors while improving the properties’ physical infrastructure to ensure a market-leading resident experience.
