Iconic global sports team headlines wave of new tenants and renewals at Downtown Miami office tower following multi-million-dollar renovations

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CP Group, a leading owner-operator of office properties across the Sunbelt, today announced five new agreements and two lease renewals at One Biscayne Tower, the 38-story, 692,000-square-foot Class A office tower located at 2 South Biscayne Blvd in Downtown Miami.

The executed agreements bring five new tenants to the tower, spanning financial services, accounting, legal, parking operations, and global sports, with FC Barcelona headlining the roster.

• FC Barcelona, one of the world’s most recognized professional soccer clubs, signed a lease for a 2,410-square-foot move-in-ready spec suite, relocating its North American operations center from New York to Miami. Danet Linares and Nicole Kaiser of Blanca Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
• Reimagined Parking, one of North America’s largest parking network companies, signed a new lease for a 3,183-square-foot space, its first physical location after previously operating remotely. Christian Arrabal of Advise CRE represented the tenant.
• Levey & Associates, a Miami-based commercial and business law firm, leased a new 3,130-square-foot spec suite in its relocation from Miami Beach. Chris Feehley and Zach Talbot of CRESA represented the tenant.
• Drummond Advisors, an accounting and business management consultancy, signed a lease for 2,666 square feet in a relocation from Brickell Key. Marcelo Quiroga of Avanti Way represented the tenant.
• Kirkwood, an investment bank and wealth management firm, is relocating its Miami office from Brickell to a new 2,022-square-foot space at One Biscayne Tower. The firm is expanding its South Florida presence as senior leadership relocates from New York and continues to grow its Miami-based team.

In addition to the new leases, Andrew Trench with Cushman & Wakefield represented CP Group in two lease renewals: law firm Goldberg & Rosen (12,628 square feet) and global shipping company CMA CGM (20,173 square feet).
