duPont REGISTRY Group Acquires LLP Exotic Auto Finance, Expanding Leasing and Financing Capabilities

Acquisition strengthens the duPont REGISTRY Group ecosystem and enhances the customer journey from discovery to ownership.

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--duPont REGISTRY Group (“dRG”), the world's leading ecosystem for the high-end automotive lifestyle for the last 40 years, today announced the acquisition of LLP Exotic Auto Finance (“LLP”), a leading provider of leasing and financing products in the luxury and exotic automotive segment. The acquisition expands dRG’s financial services offerings and strengthens its ability to serve collectors, enthusiasts and dealers throughout the ownership journey.

Founded in 2016, LLP has developed deep relationships with many luxury and exotic automobile dealers across the United States, specializing in marques including Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini and others. LLP provides leasing and financing solutions tailored to six- and seven-figure automobiles. While the company is widely known for its leasing platform, it has recently launched traditional loan offerings and may expand into dealer floorplan financing opportunities for select duPont REGISTRY marketplace dealers as the platform grows. Its most recent securitization received A and BBB ratings from S&P Global Ratings in December 2025.

The acquisition comes as financing continues to play a central role in vehicle transactions. The U.S. automotive industry represents approximately $1.2 trillion in annual economic activity across roughly 40,000 dealerships nationwide, with financing supporting approximately 60% of all vehicle purchases. As vehicle values continue to rise in the luxury and exotic segment, leasing and financing solutions have become increasingly important tools enabling buyers and dealers to complete transactions.

“We have spent years building a platform focused on financing high-end and exotic automobiles,” said Doug Goodman, CEO of LLP Exotic Auto Finance, who will continue to serve as LLP’s CEO. “By joining duPont REGISTRY Group, we gain access to a powerful ecosystem of luxury automotive buyers, sellers and collectors. That unique deal flow creates opportunities competitors simply don’t see, allowing us to provide competitive terms for clients while delivering some of the strongest dealer reserves in the market.”

LLP has built its reputation by providing competitive solutions for even the most complex financing scenarios in the exotic vehicle market. As part of the duPont REGISTRY Group ecosystem, the platform will benefit from greater scale and financial strength, enabling more competitive rates and terms for clients while continuing to deliver the speed, flexibility and high-touch service dealers depend on to close transactions.

The acquisition strengthens dRG’s vertically integrated luxury automotive platform, which connects collectors, dealers and enthusiasts through marketplace, media, events and financial services. By incorporating LLP’s leasing and lending capabilities, dRG expects to support more transactions across its ecosystem while continuing to build a comprehensive automotive finance platform.

“LLP has built a highly respected platform supported by an experienced team, a strong portfolio and a disciplined approach to underwriting,” said Jason Potter, CFO of duPont REGISTRY Group. “The quality of that portfolio is reflected in the performance of its securitized assets, including its most recent rated transaction, which underscores the credit strength of LLP’s lease and finance portfolio. Combined with dRG’s reach across the luxury automotive market, we see a clear opportunity to accelerate the growth of the platform while enabling our clients to pre-qualify for leasing and financing across our ecosystem, including duPont REGISTRY Live.”

Anish Shah, Managing Partner of PruVista Capital, the existing majority holder of LLP, added:

“Since investing in LLP at its founding almost 10 years ago, our vision has been to build a premier financing platform dedicated to the luxury and exotic automotive market. Partnering with duPont REGISTRY Group accelerates that vision and creates significant opportunity to expand the platform while continuing to deliver the specialized service our dealers and customers value.”

With the addition of LLP, duPont REGISTRY Group expands its ability to support the full luxury automotive ownership lifecycle, from discovery and acquisition to leasing, financing and long-term ownership.
