Michelman Joins the Brand’s Mission to Help Consumers Prioritize Clean and Science-Backed Products Proven to be Critical During Children’s Developmental Years
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HealthyBaby, the mission-first brand rethinking early-life care with safe, innovative non-toxic essentials, today appointed Stephanie Davis Michelman as President. Michelman brings more than 20 years of experience coming from various leadership positions at global beauty brands such as NEST NY, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Benefit Cosmetics, and The INKEY List, where she most recently served as Chief Executive Officer. In this newly created role, Michelman will oversee marketing, sales, digital, and portfolio development for HealthyBaby, working to scale the business across its retail partners and growing direct-to-consumer business. Michelman will report directly to HealthyBaby CEO and Founder, Shazi Visram.

This appointment comes on the heels of a big year of growth for HealthyBaby. The brand grew over 60 percent in 2025.
