Hani Elias, co-founder and founding CEO, will transition to Chairman of the Board, continuing to support the company’s long-term vision and strategic growth.

The leadership transition comes as demand accelerates among both physicians and patients for care models that are more sustainable and relationship-driven. Lohrfink previously served as Monarch’s Chief Product Officer, where she helped design the care model and physician partnerships that underpin Monarch’s work. Her background spans women’s health advocacy, sociology, and impact investing, giving her a unique perspective on how care models and infrastructure shape the care women receive. She has worked closely with physicians across the country to build patient-centered, sustainable practices. Now, she will guide Monarch’s next phase of growth by expanding partnerships with women’s health physicians while strengthening the infrastructure required to support high-quality, relationship-based care.

• The model has enabled Dr. Gilberg to reduce her daily patient load from more than 25 patients per day to approximately 8, while sustaining strong patient continuity and a 91% average member renewal rate.
• Monarch continues to grow its network of independent women’s health physicians, with new partnerships signed in California, Michigan, and South Carolina and additional practice launches expected throughout 2026.
