Gino Blefari, previously CEO of HomeServices of America and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, presented the prestigious Bob Kaufman Value Award to Eddie Oberoi. “Throughout his career as a trusted advisor, leader, and mentor, Eddie helps not only his clients, but also his co-workers and other agents build their future.”

“Eddie’s dream is to have every Intero Agent give to the Foundation in his efforts to inspire philanthropy companywide,” said Hicks. “We extend our deepest gratitude to Eddie for his generous support!”
In dedication to Mia Park, who was with Intero for over twenty-two years and served in many roles—including leading the relocation department, directing the Intero Academy and most recently as Intero’s Broker of Record, the Intero Leadership Award has been renamed for her strong leadership, experience and knowledge. This year, the Mia Park Leadership Award was presented to Intero’s Vice President of Marketing, Derek Overbey.
“The Mia Park Leadership Award is a reflection of the character, strength, and selfless leadership that Mia brought to Intero every day,” said Meyer. “Derek embodies those same qualities across our organization, and there is no one more deserving to carry her legacy forward.”
Trang Dunlap and Jason Pham were also inducted into the Intero Hall of Fame. “These two amazing people and professionals have consistently shown up year after year—through every type of market, every challenge, every shift in our industry—and who continue to serve their clients, their colleagues, and our company with excellence,” said Rishi Bakshi, Manager of the Fremont office. “What makes the Hall of Fame recognition so special is that it reflects years of dedication.”
“Trang and Jason have helped countless families achieve the dream of homeownership,” added Bakshi. “They have navigated complex transactions; they have represented our company and our profession with pride.”
“Our people are the foundation of Intero’s culture and values,” said Meyer, “and these awards recognize and honor Team Intero’s strength, success and commitment to clients.”
