Asylon and NVIDIA Collaborate to Advance Physical AI in Robotic Security with the Introduction of DroneIQ Overwatch™

New AI-powered monitoring architecture integrates edge and cloud intelligence to enhance human-robot collaboration in real-world environments

NORRISTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Asylon, a leader in robotic security services, today announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to develop next-generation AI-powered analytics for autonomous robotic security systems. The collaboration introduces DroneIQ Overwatch™, a new AI-driven capability within the DroneIQ™ platform designed to accelerate the emergence of real-world Physical AI — where humans, robots, and artificial intelligence operate together seamlessly in live environments.

Asylon is a member of the NVIDIA Inception program.

DroneIQ Overwatch™ is expected to roll out in 2026.

Asylon’s robotic security systems are centrally managed through DroneIQ and supported by its 24/7 Robotic Security Operations Center (RSOC). DroneIQ Overwatch will introduce an intelligent AI layer that continuously analyzes live robotic video streams and operational data, automatically surfacing anomalies and defined security events for human analyst review.

Unlike traditional monitoring environments that rely solely on human observation or individual analytic alerts, DroneIQ Overwatch is designed to augment operators by serving as a first layer of situational awareness — identifying potential threats faster while maintaining human verification and accountability.

“The future of security is not humans versus AI — it’s humans augmented by robots and AI,” said Damon Henry, CEO of Asylon. “DroneIQ Overwatch represents our next step toward Physical AI, where intelligent machines operate in the real world while keeping a human in the loop for judgment and oversight in emergency scenarios. These new advancements continue to advance our path of providing world class solutions and security services to our customers with robotics.”

Edge-to-Cloud AI Architecture

DroneIQ Overwatch leverages NVIDIA accelerated computing and AI frameworks across both edge and cloud environments.

Asylon’s robotic platforms incorporate NVIDIA Jetson™ modules within their onboard processing systems, enabling edge-based inference directly on deployed robotic assets. In parallel, cloud-based GPU infrastructure powered by NVIDIA supports scalable analytics, model orchestration, and continuous AI refinement.

This hybrid edge-to-cloud architecture enables:

  • Real-time anomaly detection at the robotic edge
  • Centralized model management and improvement
  • Swappable, customer-specific detection capabilities
  • Scalable analytics across robotic fleets

By combining edge intelligence with cloud-scale processing, Asylon is building an adaptable AI framework purpose-built for dynamic, real-world patrol environments.

As enterprises face increasing security complexity, workforce constraints, and rising operational costs, robotics alone is no longer sufficient. Intelligence must operate natively within physical systems.

DroneIQ Overwatch represents Asylon’s strategic advancement toward Physical AI — where robotics, AI, and human expertise converge to create scalable, intelligent security operations in live environments.

Asylon will showcase its robotic platforms and discuss the future of DroneIQ Overwatch at ISC West in Las Vegas.
