Forescout Delivers Continued Profitability in FY25, Added More than 230 Net New Customers, Surpasses Rule of 40
Strong top- and bottom-line growth driven by 26% increase in $1M+ deals and third consecutive year of positive cash flow
SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Forescout Technologies, a global leader in cybersecurity, today announced strong financial and operational performance for fiscal year 2025, marked by accelerated customer growth, improved gross dollar retention (GDR), and continued profitability. Delivering a second consecutive year of strong top- and bottom-line growth, Forescout won 58 $1M+ deals, a 26% increase year-over-year, remained cash flow positive for the third consecutive year, and surpassed the Rule of 40.
Forescout monitors more than 39B unique data points worldwide across IT, OT, IoT, and IoMT environments, enabling organizations to see all managed and unmanaged devices, and take control. Chosen by the most security-conscious organizations and government agencies, Forescout’s agentic-AI powered platform delivers true Universal Zero Trust Network Access (UZTNA), enabling organizations to discover, assess, control, and govern any asset. As organizations work to reduce lateral exposure, Forescout’s visibility and control across east-west traffic has become essential to stopping threats that bypass traditional perimeter defenses.
“Forescout customers are looking for practical security outcomes at enterprise scale: visibility and control across every asset on their network, and the ability to act with confidence as risk changes,” said Barry Mainz, CEO of Forescout. “We are helping customers embrace containment as the new control – automating real-time, policy-driven isolation to limit lateral movement and reduce the blast radius of modern attacks. In 2025, we delivered very strong business growth and major platform innovations across UZTNA, CTEM, and CPS. As we face fast-moving adversaries armed with agentic and generative AI, and a post-quantum reality, Forescout is helping customers meet these threats head on. I’m very proud of our team’s results; we continued our strong growth and innovation momentum paired with operating discipline. With the scale we have reached and the forward-looking strategy we have demonstrated, Forescout is well positioned to continue helping customers stay ahead of change and secure what matters most.”
