The credit union has appointed Amanda Kutzler as Vice President of Member Engagement & Retail Operations and Neda Milani as Director of Lending.

As Vice President of Member Engagement & Retail Operations, Amanda Kutzler will oversee branch operations, member service strategy, and engagement initiatives across all delivery channels. This role is focused on enhancing the in-branch and digital experience, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a member-first approach throughout every interaction.
In the role of Director of Lending, Neda Milani will lead On Tap’s lending strategy, operations, and product development. The position is responsible for driving responsible loan growth, improving member access to lending solutions, and ensuring strong performance across consumer and business lending portfolios.
