Entelligence has spent nearly three decades helping enterprises and software companies implement complex technologies. In 2026, the company is poised to have a breakout year as it deploys the Entelligence Platform to power faster, smarter services delivery across the ecosystem. The Entelligence Platform is an AI-led system that accelerates services scoping, talent matching, and software deployments with scale and precision.

Shank and Wetzel will be critical to supporting this scale, bringing rigor and operational excellence based on their collective past leadership roles at high-growth software companies.

Jon Shank joins Entelligence as Chief Revenue Officer

As CRO, Jon Shank will lead Entelligence’s global revenue organization, overseeing sales, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy as the company expands engagements with independent software vendors (ISVs), enterprises, and channel partners. Throughout his career, Shank has built a reputation for combining strategic selling with disciplined operational execution. He previously scaled the revenue function at Smartsheet, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and VMware.

“I’m excited to join Entelligence at such an important moment in the company’s growth,” said Shank. “The gap between software innovation and the services required to deploy and operationalize it is growing. Entelligence is uniquely positioned to close that gap by combining AI-guided delivery with deep human expertise. I’m looking forward to helping scale that model globally.”

Blake Wetzel joins as Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Blake Wetzel will lead the company’s operational strategy and infrastructure as the business enters this next phase of scale. Wetzel brings extensive experience across finance, operations, alliances, and executive leadership, having previously worked in leadership roles at CenturyLink, Qwest Communications, and Rackspace.

At Entelligence, Wetzel will oversee key operational functions including finance, legal, and core business systems, with a focus on strengthening the operational engine that powers Entelligence’s platform and services delivery model.

“Entelligence at such an exciting stage,” said Wetzel. “The company has built an incredibly strong foundation delivering services for some of the world’s most sophisticated software ecosystems. My focus will be on building the operational infrastructure that allows that success to scale globally.”

Supporting the next phase of Entelligence growth

“Jon and Blake bring exactly the kind of leadership Entelligence needs at this stage,” said Dmitry Shkliarevsky, CEO of Entelligence. “Both are operators who know how to scale organizations with discipline, while building strong culture, which is core to our mission at Entelligence. As we rapidly scale the services we deliver to organizations globally, their experience will help us execute with the same calm, clarity, and momentum that we bring to customers.”
