GOQORO Inc. Acquires IoT Platform ‘+Style’ and Related Assets from BBSS Corporation

(CEO: Hejong Ko), a specialized IoT solutions provider, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the IoT platform brand "+Style" and its related assets from BBSS Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SoftBank Group’s SB C&S Corp. The agreement was officially signed on March 6, 2026.

This acquisition aims to integrate GOQORO’s advanced AI, IoT, and robotics/automation technologies with the extensive service infrastructure of +Style. Beyond simple device control, GOQORO plans to fuse sophisticated AI solutions and robotics into the smart home ecosystem. By offering a comprehensive lineup from lighting and sensors to robotics, the company strives to realize "Future Living (Mirai-Seikatsu)" where smart lifestyles are accessible to everyone.
