Seasoned Homebuilding Executive Brings More Than Two Decades of Industry Leadership to Drive Next Chapter of Growth

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--View Homes, an affiliate of Hunt Companies, Inc., today announced the appointment of Natasha Gandhi as Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Gandhi brings more than 20 years of homebuilding and executive leadership experience to the role. Most recently, Ms. Gandhi served as Regional President of the Mountain Region at Richmond American Homes, where she oversaw strategic direction and operational performance across Colorado and Utah. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Century Communities within the Colorado Division. Ms. Gandhi started her homebuilding career at Pulte / Del Webb Homes after obtaining an MBA and a Master's in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, as well as a Bachelor's in Architecture from Pune University in India.

Gandhi assumes the role from Randy O’Leary, the company's founder and outgoing CEO, who will transition into an advisory capacity for View Homes. O’Leary has led View Homes since 1990.
