Brian McDermott Joins Alliant Insurance Services in the DC Metro Area

McDermott brings extensive experience in life, disability, dental, and voluntary benefits strategies

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Brian McDermott has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group on the newly established Affinity Alliant team. Based in the DC Metro area, McDermott will leverage more than 20 years of experience in the benefits industry to support clients with life, disability, dental, and voluntary benefits strategies, including programs serving associations and member-based organizations.

Alliant’s growing Affinity team delivers integrated insurance solutions for associations, alumni groups, and other member organizations through a unified platform designed to streamline purchasing, enhance engagement, and simplify program administration.

McDermott’s well-rounded background enables him to help employers and member-based organizations build effective, sustainable benefits programs aligned with organizational goals and participation needs.
