Heather brings more than a decade of experience, recruiting C-suite and senior leaders in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. She partners with clients to design high-impact search strategies that build resilient leadership teams and accelerate value creation. Known for her direct communication style and execution-focused approach, Heather has deep expertise placing leaders across operations, engineering, and supply chain functions.

Before joining Industra, Heather spent nearly seven years with Charles Aris Inc., where she specialized in industrial executive recruiting. She most recently was with Acertitude Executive Search, leading executive search engagements for private equity-backed organizations across a broad range of industrial subsectors.

A lifelong North Carolinian, Heather has lived throughout the state from the mountains to the coast and now resides in the Greensboro area. She holds a B.S. in Business Management and Finance from Guilford College. Outside of work, she stays active through hiking or training at her local CrossFit gym.
