MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wynne Reece has joined Dorsey & Whitney LLP as Of Counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions group in Minneapolis, the international law firm announced today.

Wynne represents business owners, executives, and boards across a wide range of industries in mergers and acquisitions, trademark and brand protection, investor strategy, team structuring, corporate governance, and outside general counsel work.
