All existing investors committed new capital in this round, including ABB, the global technology leader in electrification and automation.

This milestone brings DG Matrix’s total capital raised to over $100 million, accelerating the company’s mission to transform power infrastructure for AI data centers and mass electrification.

The funding comes at a critical inflection point for global energy infrastructure. As AI workloads drive unprecedented electricity demand and legacy grid technology struggles to keep pace, DG Matrix has commercialized the world’s first multi-port solid-state transformer to solve these constraints.
