gaiia Launches Workflow Builder to Help ISPs Automate Operations and Scale Smarter

New drag-and-drop automation engine designed to streamline service delivery, customer support, and network workflows

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--gaiia, an AI-driven OSS/BSS growth platform provider for internet service providers (ISPs), today announced the launch of its new Workflow Builder, a powerful automation engine designed to help providers automate essential operational processes and scale more efficiently as they grow.

The Workflow Builder reflects gaiia’s commitment to empowering providers with greater operational autonomy, giving teams the tools they need to build powerful automations across their technology ecosystem. The gaiia Workflow Builder enables ISPs to create, manage, and optimize workflows that automate processes such as service provisioning, customer support, and network management using an intuitive, visual drag-and-drop interface. Workflows are built from a series of automated tasks that work together to complete complex business processes.

With a built-in visualization layer, teams can view their entire workflow graph and configuration in one place, making it easier to understand workflow structure, track task dependencies, and make informed decisions about adjustments or optimizations.
