Libro Sets a Record with 11 Million Guests Seated in 2025
MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Libro, a leading reservation and guest management platform for the restaurant industry, announced the completion of FY2025, marked by sustained revenue growth, expanded adoption across North America, and continued investment in product innovation to support independent and multi-location restaurants.
In 2025, Libro delivered double-digit revenue growth, driven by new customer acquisitions, expanding multi-location deployments, and growing demand for direct, commission-free reservation and guest engagement solutions. Over the course of the year, Libro added 650+ new restaurant locations across Canada and the United States, extending its footprint well beyond Québec.
By year-end, Libro had facilitated reservations for more than 11 million guests, reflecting growing adoption across North America. The platform continued to gain traction among fine-dining and premium restaurants, alongside expanding use by regional and national hospitality groups.
Libro continued to enhance its platform throughout the year with new functionality designed to help operators improve efficiency and drive repeat visits. This included introducing AI-assisted tools to support guest communication, review management, and marketing, as well as expanding integrations with Meta and TripAdvisor to increase online visibility and drive direct demand. These capabilities complement Libro’s core reservation foundation, allowing restaurants to activate their data more effectively without added complexity.
“2025 was a pivotal year for Libro,” says Lorne Schwartz, President of Libro. “Restaurants are increasingly looking for technology that gives them greater control over their guest experience and drives more revenue. The traction we’re seeing outside of Québec and with multi-location brands gives us strong momentum heading into 2026.”
